This is a completely student-run blog. During the day, during downtime I allow the students to type up their blog, email it to me, and we post it on the blog. Don't be alarmed by spelling or grammar errros, as at this point...it's just about getting the 1st graders to share their feelings, and reflect..(WHICH IS HUGE for 1st GRADE!) As the days go on...their writing will get better! Thank you for your comments and support!

Hunter-You hit the nail on the head. Great writers can take small moments and make them huge by digging deep for details. When we read they make us feel like we are right there with them. Good luck in your writing in class. I know you will do great!
